Large Office, monthly

Things to know
- You are responsible for set-up and clean-up for your event, and agree to remove all of your materials and property during clean-up, put away equipment, and sweep space before vacating, with the assistance of the WCC staff person.
- To confirm your reservation, a nonrefundable reservation deposit of 50% of the Event Fee is required to be paid to the WCC, and that deposit is applied to the Event Fee. The remaining balance of the Event Fee is then due 7 days prior to your reservation date.
- WCC event facilitors are available to assist you with the following:
- During Set-up: open the venue, and assist you with retrieval and arrangement of the equipment, and show you how to use the equipment.
- During Event: answer questions related to the proper functioning of the equipment and the venue.
- During Clean-up: assist you with the removal of your property and trash, assist with return of the equipment to the location it came from, and lock the venue.
