Classes are offered in a range of levels and styles so you can craft the practice that's just right for you. Most of our yoga classes are Hybrid – simultaneously live-streamed on Zoom and In Person. You don't have to be Scottish to dance Scottish! The RSCDS is worldwide. Anyone interested in dancing, exercise and fun is invited to join us. You don't need a partner. Basic steps and formations are easy to learn. Dress is casual. Bring a pair of soft soled shoes.
