A beautiful studio space on the second floor of 1253 Whitney Ave. With lovely, refinished wooden floors, a view through the arched north window, and warm lighting and yellow walls, this twenty-five by twenty foot room is perfect as a dance rehearsal space, a yoga studio, or as a training & workshop room. Not available on weekends (unless part of a package).

Trainings, Workshops, Speakers, Retreats, Classes, and Meetings. Appropriate for 15 people or fewer.

- 4 hour total time period
- 15 mins of set-up, 3 hours for your event, and 15 mins for clean-up.
- Available Monday through Friday until 5:00 PM.
- Not available on holidays.
- Nonrefundable Reservation Deposit, in the amount of 50% of the total Event Fee, due at time of booking to confirm use of the space.
- Includes tables and chairs, and A/V system.
- You are responsible for set-up and clean-up for your event.
- WCC Staff Member available to answer questions throughout the reservation.
- Upgrades:
- Additional Hour when available.

Things to know
- Unless otherwise specified in the event package, you are responsible for the set up and clean up of your event, and agree to remove all of your materials and belongings at the end of your reservation.
