Program Spaces
Oak Room Studio
A beautiful studio space on the second floor of 1253 Whitney Ave. With lovely, refinished wooden floors, a view through the arched north window, and warm lighting and yellow walls, this twenty-five by twenty foot room is perfect as a dance rehearsal space, a yoga studio, training & workshop room, chamber music recital, or intimate showers and parties.
Putnam Room
This elegant room offers original stone walls, huge windows, views of Lake Whitney, easy access to our largest parking area, a private kitchen, plus tables and chairs.
Conference Rooms
10’ x 10’, 10' x 15', and 10' x 20' carpeted office spaces are available at the WCC. Prearranged as consultation spaces or with conference tables these spaces easily accommodate one on ones, small group meetings, book clubs, working sessions, presentations, or board meetings.
Auditorium
This grand 1920s ballroom offers original wood floors, high ceilings, and a stage.
Whitney Room
The Whitney Room is the traditional community space located at 1253 Whitney Avenue. It encompasses the lower level of the brick building, and is the largest single room at the Whitneyville Cultural Commons, capable of accommodating 150 people in arrangement by tables and 250 in arrangement by chairs.
